I'm in Port Harcourt, I don't even know the commencement date for River state. Anyone in the house who knows the current development in Rivers State, please do the NEEDFUL. |

Just collected mine @ 11: 15. Am in calabar,the govt ensures that people are available to collect theirs by closing market and other public ventures.the enviroment was conducive and the turn out was awesome. |
