Sprimall, a cutting edge IT/Marketing company located in Ikeja, Lagos is currently seeking to engage the services of a young, talented, highly motivated individual to work in the sales and marketing department of the company.

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate for products and services.
• Manage current customers to ensure maximum revenue is achieved through upsell and cross selling.
• Sourcing and development of client referrals
• Development and implementation of sales plan and strategies
• Development of sales timelines and schedules
• Development of presentations and pitch documents
• Plan and execute market research and other customer satisfaction
• Present Sprimall to potential clients through various communication streams.
• Actively and successfully manage the entire sales process.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
• Thoroughly understand clients’ marketing objectives.
• Responds to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of business intelligence for the company’s co
• Visit industry events like trade shows and exhibitions
• Visit industry events like trade shows and exhibitions

The Person should display the following attributes:

• A strong passion for sales and business development
• Ability to confidently negotiate contracts.
• Strong, executable client management skills
• Confidence in speech and presentations with a determined approach to researching and analyzing businesses
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Must have persuasive skills and be able to quickly adopt to change.
• Must also have good sense of leadership.

Qualification
• OND, HND or BSc can apply, as long as you can sell.
• 2+ years’ work experience in sales.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage
• Competitive salary fixed and variable salary structure negotiable based on experience and target.
