NIGERIAN DOCTOR WAS “NOT” CURED OF EBOLA
(The Doctor NEVER had Ebola. World Health Organization & U.S. FDA Issued Confidential Warning Against Nigerian Health Minister, Onyebuchi Chukwu, For Spreading Rumours Of False Ebola Cure.
--Attorney Patryk Utulu

The W.H.O. and American FDA Have Issued Joint Statement That:

(1) Nigerian Doctor rumoured to be cured of Ebola was NOT cured of Ebola because the doctor NEVER had Ebola. (Initial test result was a “FALSE POSITIVE” which occurs in 1 out of every 150 tests).

(2) U.S. FDA warned U.S. firms for targeting African nations and falsely marketing “dietary supplements” as Ebola cure. USA threatened penalties

(3) W.H.O./FDA issued “Confidential NOTICE” to Nigerian Health Minister, Oyebuchi Chukwu, for endorsing an unproven U.S. nutritional supplement” and "thereby promoted false rumours of an Ebola cure." (WHO threatened to block Health Minister’s accreditation if he spread false rumours again)

(4) W.H.O. affirmed its ruling this week that the experimental drug, ZMapp, can be used on Ebola victims where available. WHO stated categorically that ZMapp is NOT a cure for Ebola and that EBOLA HAS NO CURE.

WHO’s “Confidential Notice” condemned Mr. Chukwu as “irresponsible” for saying that unidentified Nigerian scientist living overseas had arranged for Nigeria to get experimental medicine. Chukwu identified it as "NanoSilver,” a supplement offered U.S. firm, Natural Solutions Foundation, NSF.

FURTHER, THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION SAID THAT:
(1): NanoSilver is NOT accredited by FDA. It's products are "dietary supplements, NOT DRUGS" and has NOT been tested by FDA
(2): NanoSilver is for sale on a website along with India Hemp (marijuana) oil, ear candles, and chocolate. (LOL. Tufiakwa!!!!)
(3): Natural Solutions Foundation is NOT an accredited science laboratory
(4): On July 20, 2014, NSF’s medical director, Dr. Rima E. Laibow, posted an Open Letter to Presidents of Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Ghana claiming that NanoSilver cured Ebola. Dr. Libow claimed to have addressed 47 African health ministers at a 2007 conference and to be in touch with West African governments and their advisers. W.H.O. said THESE CLAIMS ARE FALSE. Dr. Laibow HAS NEVER BEEN TO AFRICA.

(5): The New York Times repeatedly has tried to contact Dr. Laibow who claimed that her drug cured Nigerian doctor but Dr. Laibow is nowhere to be seen. Agents of the U.S. FDA are hunting for her.
(6): Assistant Director of W.H.O., Dr. Marie-Paule Kieny, said fraudsters are targeting African nations “AND SUCCEEDING BECAUSE OF LARGE NUMBER OF RELIGIOUS PEOPLE ANXIOUS TO CLAIM MIRACLE HEALING.”
(7): FDA’s Dr. Caplan said the same people who marketed fake HIV cure-drugs to Africans for 30 years are now marketing fake Ebola cure to Africans “BECAUSE OF THE STUPIDITY OF AFRICAN RELIGIOUS GROUPS WHO ARE TEMPTED TO CLAIM MIRACLE CURE.”

DEAR NIGERIANS:
Please listen to the experts at World Health Organization & FDA. Ebola has NO cure yet.
DEAR TO RELIGIOUS PROPHETS: :
Ebola has NO cure. Stop claiming that Ebola can be cured in Church. You are deceiving Nigerians and lying to yourself. Your ego, religious arrogance and your desire to claim miraculous cure is false, ignorant and criminal.
THE BLOOD OF ANY NIGERIAN WHO DIES BECAUSE OF YOUR FALSE MIRACLE CLAIM WILL BE ON YOUR HANDS.

As soon as I saw the news yesterday,I said that the doctor probably never had the disease.
There were too many things that didn't add up.
Thank God for her life. However, since the rate of false positives is so high,it means that each patient should be kept seperate from the next in true isolation to prevent the true positives from infecting the false positives. Therefore, that newly constructed ebola lhospital is not adequate at all. Whole
Also, the health workers should not wear the same ppe outfit to attend to all the patients for the same reason.
If the test can give false positive results, can it also give false negative results?
The minister of health is not telling us the whole truth.
May God help us all.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/16/science/agencies-issue-warnings-over-bogus-ebola-cures.html?_r=0

this is probably op's source - at least indirectly. but it doesnt specifically mention the consultant who is said to be recovering. Also, the ministry has not claimed to have used any experimental drug on her and is not attributing her recovery to any product. Lastly, as we all know, Ebola is not a death sentence and not everybody that comes down with the disease eventually dies, given adequate supportive/symptomatic care.

edit: I believe the nano silver is just a scam. how do the manufacturers know it can kill the virus? the other products by the same company are probably just scams too - imagine 'mental clarity', what is that? if they are sure of their products, let them release animal testing data that showed it was efficacious in animals and then let it proceed to clinical trials (we can use our patients for the clinical trials) and see if it works. thats how all drugs are investigated for safety and effectiveness the world over, not by playing the sentiment card. It has to be effective because it is Nigerian or "USA doesnt want it because it is developed by a nigerian".

Re: Nigerian Doctor Was “not” Cured Of Ebola by chalbert(m): 4:09pm On Aug 17, 2014
The U.S govt tried the zmapp on their citizens who were on the verge of dying and it worked... they refused to let it out because theirs is no other U.S casualty.... I don't see any wrong if Nigeria tries to use the nano Silva on her citizen who re waiting their death trial afterall they might still die...zmapp was an experimental drug before it was used.. so our nano Silva is and shall be used #kpomkwem#

when i saw the minister of health yesterday on the tV say "the infected lady was now cured and had been discharged HOME" I knew immediately that it was a blatant lie. Sick or fine how could she had been discharged after spendin barely 2wks in quarantine . Let me explain: If an individual is infected and then happen to survive the disease s/he would still b sheddin infectious susbstance from his/her bodily fluid for at least a minimum of 6wks. So if indeed she was infected in d first place there is no way the hospital would Hv sent her home by now.... Nigerian govts thrive on d fact that most nigerians are semi to total illiterates cos they usually don't pick up a book on anytn and read....apart from newspapers ..... And these same Nigerians are always the fastest to paste opinions on health matters on NL

SMH .... I have always said that fraudsters will try and cash in on our desperation and they almost succeeded with the dietary supplement called Nano silver, well they made a fool of our health minister who is definitely not qualified as a minister... He has been saying alot of incoherent mumblings and have been a total disgrace on this Ebola issue that has exposed his incompetency...
First he told us of nano silver which has proven to be a scam... Just a dietary supplement can you imagine? Nano silver advertised with igbo oil, chocolate on a website hilarious.. Hahahahhahahhahhaaha God where are you I can't stop laughing what's all this.... A minister saying someone was cured knowing fully well the thing no get cure and you were briefed it was a false positive and you come out to make a mockery of your generation

Re: Nigerian Doctor Was “not” Cured Of Ebola by prettyprettywow: 8:52pm On Aug 17, 2014
it's either the patient wasn't Ebola positive, or the FG isn't saying the truth. How can you discharge an ebola victim under 3 weeks after contracting the disease? Even the American Drs that received the experimental drugs for over 3 weeks now are still in the hospital under investigation. And The minister of health is here telling us that a patient has been discharged and given a clean bill of health in just 2 weeks after diagnosis. I smell something fishy. Nigeria should stop playing politics with everything joor

hmmm.... In the case of the Pastor(s), Ebola will not only shout LIES, it'll quote the bible for them and possibly pray for their forgiveness too.
Most leaders in all sectors of this country are guilty of taking advantage of situations that requires national emergencies.
