A vibrant growing interior design and furniture firm have an immediate need for an Human Resource/Admin Officer.
Summary of Job description:

First point of contact for employees.
Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
Document workflow and work procedures.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Compose and distribute routine written correspondence.
Collect, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including resumes.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
Maintain human resources calendar.
Maintain administrative forms and manuals.


Requirement:

B.A in business administration or any relevant field. Alternatively in-depth experience of business administration.
Between 2-3 years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration and support of other functional areas of Human resources.
Experience working with HRMS systems will be an added advantage.
Information technology proficiency
Analytical skills and decision making ability even in complex and sensitive situations
Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines in a very busy environment
Ability to interact effectively with a geographically dispersed multicultural team composed of international and national personnel
Customer focus and relationship building capacity
