why z it that when phcn remove one's wires from d poles they will still charged u for not using d light nd when u decided to comply wit them lyk paying d bill they will start increasing d bill without pity.......lyk phcn re very mean..... lyk were im living in ph city we re paying 14,800...and here in school my landlord is paying 12,000 just for 8rooms his renting.....lyk d bill dis days keep increasing......... |
