I want to kn if its good for pregnant women to take honey and new born baby . If its ok , what are the benefits ?

for the mother may be, but for the new born noooo!!, practice EXCLUSIVE breastfeeding for 6month..
Intact giving your baby HOLY water and "ruwan zam-zam" is NOT good at all.

I kn the importance of brestfeeding ,but just thinking if a drop can be added to the baby's water. Thought will be good cos of the numerous wonders honey does .
CircleOfWilis: for the mother may be, but for the new born noooo!!, practice EXCLUSIVE breastfeeding for 6month..

do not giv the baby water pls...the breast has everything the baby needs (both water and food).

It is not advisable to give babies under 12months honey because they can not digest it.

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6months. All the nutrients they need are there.
