International day of celebration news now, and they'll be dancing in the streets tonight after Justin Bieber finally decided to do the right thing and get rid of his ridiculous excuse for a moustache.

The Biebster, who has been impatiently waiting for his bum-fluffed top lip to miraculously sprout a raging forest of hair, reckoned it was probably never going to happen, so took to Instagram in the early hours of this morning to shave it all off.
