A p8000 user here. So, to d point, truth is, d letv is better than elephone in almost everything, except battery.
In terms of software, don't expect to get anything good from letv, i don't think they will update their phones. And also, no memory card slot. Elephone p8000 is a solid device all rounder, if ur uses don't demand too much powers, like playing d latest titles in games, then p8000 is d 1. Is almost stock android, its very fluid and battery last long very well. Its also going to be updated to android 6.0. And u have an active community to help u out if u have any issue with elephone.

I think the above comment should be able to convince you... Although have not used any letv phones yet but in specs it beats ele 8000 But support all round performance should be p8000.

Hey there @emmbet , i've come to understand the situation u are in. Perhaps u are looking for that perfect phone eh, well i have to say u've got eyes for taking a go at the letv le 1s, but then i was a little disappointed seeing u getting confused between two devices that are worlds apart (p8000).
I used to think elephone tried with the p8000 til i got my eyes widened by lots of other companies making premium devices (both cheap and expensive but premium if u know what i mean and also depending on how much u wish to part with) while settling down to think before launching unlike u know who (elephone, yeah thats who).
Not to be taken as an 'all talk' ilk of a person, well here are a few pros and cons between both
ELEPHONE P8000 pros :
huge 4165mah compared to 3000mah on the Le1s
retail price at $209
world mode 4G LTE thanks to the chipset MT6753
LETV LE 1S pros
clockspeed at 2.2Ghz compared to p8000's 1.3Ghz (for me anything lower than a 1.7Ghz speed is slow)
usb type c (for lightening speed transfer of files and quick charge)
retail price at China $172 but European resellers going for a worst case $220
dual sim dual connectivity
antutu score of nearly 50000 compared to p8000's 33700
ELEPHONE P8000 cons
disappointing camera quality
distorted speaker output (not every p8000 comes with this flaw though but the audio speaker isn't that gud)
