Hi nairalanders, in recent times propertied in abuja seems to have more supply than demand, this has in some cases brought down the prices of real estates in abuja. Some major factors can be attributed to this such as:
1. Insecurity state of the nation. 2
2. The political state of the nation vis-a-vis 2015 general election.
3. Lack of budget implimentation (lesser liquid cash in circulation)
4. Sale of treasury bills by CBN (moping the little liquidity left in the economy or in circulation)
Though, property prices are crashing down but not as that that took place in lekki in lagos. If this trend continues till big sallah, the price of real estate in abuja will further crash down.
knowing that cash is king in abuja today, wise investors can take advantage today

Leave them, they never see anything. The prices go crash the more. Empty estates everywhere with exobitant rent.

Is there any land still available in the Kado, Idu-Karmo, Mabuchi, Jabi axis? If so, what price range should we be looking at?

Can one imagine? price is crashing, land for 130m or $812,500 for land alone. Do you kwon the kind of house this amount could but you in USA with stable income rent of about at average of $5000 a month without any mortgage? I hope most of those people that keep stealing our wealth will stop one day.
