Honestly, you are right, no one has been as busy as surveyors, who spent most of their time on the drawing board or in the jungle with compass instruments.

Respect to your above request:

1.How long does it take to sponsor a survey take? ..................................... between 3-6 month
2. Do any of the sites quoted above fall on nearby road alignment? ..................... NO
3. Do any of the sites quoted above fall within forest or game reserve?....................... YES
4. Do any of the sites quoted above fall within a committed government area?...................NO
5. Do any of the sites quoted above fall within the permitted regularization areas?...........YES

1. there is what we call pre-charting and confirmation approval, this is the first thing we do as surveys to confirm that our long suffering in the bush landed area and investment of time and personal money does not go into the drain, even before we invite investors.

2. Government officials there at Surveyor general office also do not give approvals for Bank draft to be raised processing approvals fees, for Land that is withing government restricted areas.

PART "A" Sponsoring to survey
Benefit of part A to registered survey to green copy of 200 acres= 1 plot on every one acre from the community= 200 plots
this is shared between sponsor and surveyor in ratio 60 /40% or 70/30% depending on agreements.
NOTE: The surveyor share his part of benefit with the facilitators or consultants involve.

PART "B" Sponsoring to excision or gazette.

this is shared between sponsor and surveyor in ratio 60 /40% or 70/30% depending on agreements again.

PART "C" Sponsoring to C OF O.

if the sponsor wish to sponsor to C of O, he applies for that for his portion of Land only and therefore share no part of his Land with any agent.

if the community with to give him an offer to sponsor to C of O for them on their portion of Land , he also discourse with them on his benefit.

TIME OR DURATION OF PROCESSING:

1. Part "A" sponsoring to survey= two weeks
2. Part "B" sponsoring to gazette= between 8- 12 months ... but file nos is given for confirmation of payment, acceptance of processing, and await duplication.

3. Part "C" sponsoring to C of O= 12 months........ same process in part "B"

Current update of Land for sponsor........... 200 acres Land at Okun Mopo, behind Abraham Adesanya Estate Ajah
Present value of Land is between #5.0million and #6.0million
