Abia State like every other society can only experience transformation through effective leadership. There is need for Abia elites and politicians to transform from people only interested in squandering the common wealth of Abians to those interested in creating wealth.
Abians as a people need to inculcate the sense of development and accountability among political office holders. We need effective and transformational leadership as it involves inspiring the people through positive examples.

Progressive transformation cannot occur unless the indigenes of God's own state get involved in choosing their leaders no matter what it takes because our dear state needs a man who will not give excuse for failure but will consolidate on the little achievement of the past administrations. Our state deserve God fearing man like Dr Uche Ogah who epitomizes integrity, excellence and responsibility; who will perform and leave legendary impact.
