Couldn't stop laughing at this. Even the average or least graded printing company is likely to be of the same (average to least) standard as ours which gives no excuse. It can be done locally & expenses get reduced.

INEC is supposed to have their own printing press

I think Inec need to review it's decision to contract the printing of ballot papers outside Nigeria. I recall that one of the negatives that characterize the 2011 elections was the late arrival of election materials from abroad. We must not allow that repeat itself. I believe our local printing press have what it takes to do the job.

The ballot papers being printed abroad is really not a bad idea if you think about it. At least for security sake and to avoid manipulation. This is a step in the right direction. Our Govt. only needs to ascertain that the amount involved is not a scam.
