Hi I will kindly advise you to forget that modem it's a 1X dial-up multilinks modem it's no longer in service on multilinks network you go to their nearest office with the 1x modem for a free 3g modem, there's currently a promo going where u can bring your 1x modem and u will be given a 3g modem. David |
