BRAIL NIGERIA JOB OPPORTUNITIES

We are currently seeking talented candidates for the following positions:

1. FRONT DESK OFFICER

Qualifications and Requirements:

The candidate, preferably a female should be able to provide exceptional service to the organisation by welcoming/assisting all visitors, answering/replying and transferring incoming calls and mails. Other requirements include:

BSc in communication or relevant field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with MS Office with a tech savviness to blend into a cutting edge software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High-level of resourcefulness, smart, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Organized and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct herself in a diplomatic manner across all levels of employees and clients.
Ability to provide secretarial assistance to the Organisation.

2. ACCOUNTANTS

Qualifications and Requirements:

A smart and experienced accountant to assist in all company accounting activities including financial record keeping, reporting and analysis. The candidate:
Must be a graduate with strong background in Accounting and MUST be familiar with accounting modelling tools.
Must possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control procedures, good working knowledge of current tax law are required.
Must have at least 3 years professional experience in accounting or related field.
Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge and proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be able to perform audits and provide simple recurring and ad-hoc analysis on variances, financial results, etc. as needed.

3. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER

This position requires an enthusiastic, flexible, responsible, talented and dedicated candidate with drive for solving big challenges and exceeding expectations. This individual will perform all general administrative and office functions, and also provide quality customer service, both internal and external, in the operations of Brail Nigeria.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Age: 35yrs to 45yrs
Must possess an MSc degree in engineering or human relation field.
Must have at least 5yrs working experience in administration or related field.
Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
Must be a team-player with positive attitude who can move at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals.
Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Experience in Auto CAD, stock management and inventory control will be an added advantage
Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Must have a good understanding of the business laws.

COMPANY DRIVER

This position requires an enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking and dedicated candidate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Age: 30yrs or older
Must possess a minimum of SSCE
Must possess a valid driving licence
Must have at least 5yrs driving experience
Must be able to communicate, both written and orally in English.
