Meanwhile, the Nigerian military has been complaining of poor funding, which allegedly resulted to inadequate weapons for personnel to fight the terrorist group, Boko Haram. After years of Nothing, the Zoologist think that throwing in a box load of money will make everything right. What a shame.

We need to a C-in-C who understands what his job entails. Not a drunkard staggering with a hammer.

Just releasing the fund shouldn't be the main thing but monitoring the released fund if it truely gets to the destination and used for its purpose.

Many of the funds released aren't getting to the destinations, held by many of these high rank military officers, wasting the life of the young officers . The reason why they won't want the menace to

Give them the entire US defense budget and nothing will improve.as long as the process and institutions are corrupt, the result will remain the same.if these generals are the best in the nigerian army, then there is absolutely no hope.
However ,my gut feeling tells me there are probably are senior officers out there ,who has being marginalised ,shunted to a desk position and out of sight, because they are competent, discipline and incorruptible .these people are probably capable of rescuing a very bad situation.
This is how nigeria works.
The olodos are always on top.
