Every tribe has a unique musical instrument that suits their tone of music.
You would be surprised to see very very odd and unbelievable objects some tribes use as musical instruments not because they can't afford the modern one's, but because it's what suit their own musical style.

So as far as nigeria is concerned,you cannot single out a tribe with the best/most musical instrument.
