Firstly,this is just my opinion.

With 2015 elections just months away, Boko Haram has intensified its evil campaigns against Goodluck Jonathan's government.

Obviously,the numerous bombings, killings and abductions has not really achieved its aim of pulling down GEJ's popularity.

As it stands now, Goodluck Jonathan is looking like Nigeria's consensus candidate for 2015 elections. Potential opposition candidates that truly stand no chance in Aso rock are busy fighting each other.

Boko Haram's latest onslaught seems to be directed at Nigeria's sovereignty-who would want to vote for a president that cannot secure Nigerian territories?

Boko Haram DOES NOT have the capacity to capture, occupy and RETAIN any viable territory-all they do is criss-cross our porous borders with Cameroun, cowardly attack border towns and villages,move into residenial homes and hide from the Nigerian army as long as they can.

Meanwhile their media savvy political sponsors go into town and tell the world that Nigeria has lost territory.

The good thing is that while the Nigerian army aggressively flushes out and destroys the insurgents in their 'new found territories', handlers of Goodluck Jonathan are simulteanously engaging in massive pro-jonathan rallies in support of his second term.

A lot of Nigerians have no qualms with these pro-Gej rallies cos they plan to vote for GEJ in 2015 anyways.

Unfortunately, opponents of GEJ, many doubling as Boko Haram political sponsors remain bitter,frustrated and confused, daily planning the next line of media backed insurgency attacks on the Nigerian nation,

They'll still fail.
