If yes follow these steps to turn on ur desktop to b able to check ur dashboard please note it's only confirmed on Android while leemah4u has the steps for blackberry fone

Go to settings
Browsing settings
Web preferences
Change all from mobile to desktop


Then follow that link you'll b able to enter ur email and password n then you'll see ur dashboard
