Just got this mail from Diamond Bank. Dear ***************** We have recently observed a high rate of card payment fraud on transactions originating from China. As a preventive measure and to mitigate the likelihood of fraud on your card, a restriction has been placed on transactions originating from China. This very sad. |

Heya. I use Diamond too but i don't use their card. I guess you can always port to another bank. I found Skye Mastercard to be very reliable though. |
