With humility and respect, i wish to advice the ''C in C'' of Nairaland community to enact a new law whereby before any member is placed on ban, such a member should be warned atleast twice before finally being banned. This will make the management of this great forum have a ''human face''. The current dictatorial tendencies of some Mods who see themselves as demi-gods should be blatantly discouraged. I'm saying this because Nigerians are people from different walks of life, cultures, beliefs, religions and accademic backgrounds. In this guise, you dont expect everyone's behavioural attitude to be stereotyped. What i think nairaland should encourage is tollerance and not an eye for eye frivolity which is what the Mods are currently doing. Not too many people are well cultured, so for the Mods to balance the equation the need a vast understanding of human antropology. I see no clear cut reason why a registered member shld be banned for as long as one month. All i clamour for is the respect of individual members by the management of this forum. I also implore Seun to create a ''Dislike'' button. This will caution the incessant quoting of people's post just to prove a point which often times lead to conflict. I rest my case.

Bro the issue is that some of the ban you get is automatic ban meaning that they are not the one banning you but they programed it that when you use a certain word/language on your post, then you will be banned.

The worst part of it is that you see most of the people doing exactly what you did without being banned and i wonder, do this people have special permission.
Finally bro take it the way you see it until things gets better besides is good to have some rules in a big forum like this, imagine a world without rules that guides it.
