For ur digestion,if u see unbelievable price on any car on www.olx.com pls its a very big SCAM,infact I rarely post cars der cuz of de scams I see,i once posted a car der,and de scammer copied it and reposted it at a mouth watering price,pls neglet all crazy prices u see on olx. If u call dey will tell u dey r customs pple dat dey will bring de car to ur location that u should pay a poutry sum of 30k or 20,wen u see de car u now give dem de full payment. So wit this many pple will fall victim since de price sounds inviting,dey would prefer to gamble de 30 or 20k but if u insist dat ur in dier location dey will switch der fone of or jst make u move in search of dem aimlessly. Am a dealer on both "OLX,NAIRALAND & TRADESTABLE". Please be warned!

Exactly, there are scammers everywhere and so are genuine sellers across all the platforms. You've got to be able to tell which by being a fan of reality and not too keen on being an opportunist. Most scammers' adverts are typically ridiculous and that's already a pointer. Do your research to have an estimated value of the vehicle you'll be transacting with a stranger on social media.
Btw I have a 2009,Kia Sportage for sale. Very low mileage... less than 30,000 miles.Clean and with no single issue. It's currently posted on OLX .Call me on 09033966444 for details. Will see about posting pictures but I won't like to be banned as I know it's wrong to do that here.

You can buy car anywhere. Just make sure you see the car and inspect before making payment. I have sold many cheap cars on but not at ridiculous amount. Truly, you'll see advert of Rav4 2009 for as low as N500,000 on olx (that's where you need to be careful).

Iv bought cars on olx, and dey r ok!! Although most of d sellers are scammers, jst ensure u get sellers closer to u! Its easier for u to go inspect,. once u encounter diz scammers u shld kno! U dnt nid a soothsayer to tell u d obvious, Run wen u smell a foul play. Dnt pay any dime, either upfront or down payment
