Not only top schools as said,RSUST is also affect but they gave the list of eligible candidate unlike unilag.

Well 4rm d little info I've gathered ds eligibility has to do with ur jamb score, your course, num of applicant for dat course, d cut off range nd ur chances of getting admission.... Eg if yu register for MBBS nd let say yu have 250 dats abt 31/50 nd yu still need like 42 dere abt to get admitted dat abt (84%) wch is very hard to get so jamb will definitely consider people dat has 270 nd above unlike some1 dat apply 4 actuarial science nd got 220 dat lik (27/50) nd all he needs is just 30 dats like 60% so his chances r greater dan dat of 250 MBBS.. Nd more over only few universities offer dat course unlike MBBS Nd other factors include ur region I.e catchments, num of institutions offering ur course etc
