Below the school library.. More like an under ground office.. When u get to the senate,there are stairs leading to the library.. By the left side of the stairs lies another stairs leading to the bursary downwards.. Knock on the first door on the left and tell the men what u're there for i.e to stamp ur card, BUT u must show them ur online receipt.
