A group photograph of a family of six ( four children and their parents) is to be taken. If the parents must occupy the two middle seats, then the number of different arrangement is?

PQ = squareroot(3-2)^2 + (4-1)^2 = squareroot 10
length PQ= Squareroot 10.
QR = squareroot(4-3)^2 + (-6-4)^2 = squareroot101.
PR = squareroot(4-2)^2 + (-6-1)^2 = squareroot53

12x+8y=20 ............... (3)
10x+8y= 18 ............... (4)

Eqn (3)-(4)
2x=2
x=1

Sub for x in eqn (1)
3(1)+2y=5
3+2y=5
2y=5-3
2y=2
y=1

Therefore, 4x+3y=
4(1)+3(1)
4+3
=7.

what is d slope of d line dt is perpendicular to y-2x=1

y-2x=1
y= 1+2x
Therefore M1= 2
When it is perpendicular,
M1M2= -1
2M2= -1
M2= -1/2


p is d point (.2,7) and q is d point (6,3). what is d gradient

Gradient (M) = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1
M= 3-7 / 6-2
M= -4/4
M= -1
