Was any armoured personnel carrier, APC, belonging to the Nigerian Army missing? Why is that the DHQ keep denying Boko Haram overpower our soldiers, took their APCs only to turn around to call a press conference to announce its recovery, when the are eventually recovered?

Notice that the two words 'APC' and 'Seized' are in quotation because he didn't mean that literally. He obviously knew what the OP meant by APC but decided to make a mockery of the word as it correlated to the political party APC.
