I don't think so. But it depends on your purchasing power, you can get a good asus or inspiron with an i5 processor.

***My top ten list exclusively for you***
1. HP Pavilion DV6-6C53NR Notebook Intel Core i5 @ 2.5Ghz
, 6gb ram upgradable to 16 gb, 15.6'' widescreen, dedicated graphics card(AMD radeon 7690m) and
a 750gb HDD@7200rpm.
The downside to this is that it as 1gb vram(video memory) as against your 2gb vram.

Haven't read your post i will advise you to think twice on spending so much on a laptop i do understand you need this for a very urgent reasons, but i will kindly advise you cut down your budget the Nigerian economy is not friendly to anyone for you to budgeting 90k to 150k on a laptop at this very difficult time is not advisable be wise cut down on your budget my advice i have a very clean fairly used Elite book Series Laptop with the following features Intel Core i5, 2.40ghz speed, 6GRAM,320GB, Webcam,Wifi,DVD/RW+, Bluetooth price N50K.
