One of the latest duo innovations by Blackberry - Blackberry Passport has been tipped to cost about $600 or N96,000 when it is finally made available in the next couple of weeks (it counterpart known as Classic). With reference the CEO of Blackberry - John Chen, the uniquely design square shaped phablet design also known as 'Windermere' will run on Blackberry 10.3 platform and should be available in the United States as SIM-free and without contract at the stated price tag.
A snippet of the device high end specs - 4.5-inch IPS display at resolution of 1440x1440 (453ppi high pixel density for a more detailed display). It is powered by a Snapdragon processor 800 (Socket-on-Chip), 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with nano SIM card support.
The uniqueness of the device comes in its square shape (booklet) design which actually draws attention on first sight and its improved operability in terms of application software enhancements i.e. enhanced reading feature, which supposedly allows you flip between pages like a book etc. Personally curious to see its performance in the market when its finally release and level of acceptance it will muster amongst die-hard blackberry fans and potential users alike.

Kudos to Blackberry, i actually thought they would price this device at maybe 130 to 150k.....i guess John Chen understands that pricing is a strong point....he definately figured out that putin a high price tag would affect d sale of the device, based on the fact that the competition is tight....nice lookin device, a break from the regular form factor.... On a ligher note, OP, i hope it does not bend
