Qualification
HND, B.sc/ B.Tech Quantity Surveying or any other related discipline ( Minimum of 2nd Class Lower/ HND Upper Credit)

Requirements
1.Preparation of Bills of quantities for building and civil engineering works.
2.Preparation of Cos Estimation.
3.Preparation of tender analysis and report.
4.Carry Out Materials and Labour Analysis.
5. Measurement and Preparation of variation and valuation.
6. Preparation of materials and labour fluctuations.


Skills Required
1. He/She must be a team player.
2. He/she must be ready to work little or no supervision.
3. He/She must have eye for details.
4. He/she must be computer literate.
5. Good writing and communication skills.
6. He/ She must be ready to work extra hour.
7. Strong Negotiation Skills.
