I saw this on my facebook Tl and I think all Nairalanders both the Innocent ones and the party goons should read this! In 1979, Lateef Jakande and another muslim was governor and deputy in Lagos. In Oyo, BolaIge and another christian were Governor and deputy. In 1993, Moshood Abiola and another muslim contested for president and reportedly won the election. Now in 2014, some of these people are bringing religion into politics so as to confuse our people. Jonathan isn't a "christian" president oooo, he's the president of Nigeria. Enough of all these "christian" campaign. CAN and its leadership has been saying a lot of erresy these days conencting christianity and Jonathan, in the same way, others have been connecting Islam and APC. Enough of our Igbo brothers and sisters coming on social media to campaign for GEJ with the name of christianity. So also, our Northern brothers should stop campaigning for APC with Islam's name. #StopPoliticsOfReligion #MakeThePeopleSeeReasonsForVotingYourParty |
