BAT has embarked on a housing scheme through it's cooperative.
We are looking at 2 years max for the house units to be ready, but about 40% equity payments have to be made including Agency and legal fees

The break down of the prices (in Millions of Naira) are as follows.

Please note that all the above house types with exception of the 3 bed flats come with one room BQ.
Payment Timelines        
  Initial 10% deposit by Dec 2008 + fees  
  2nd 20% deposit by May 2009    
  Balance 70% on completion


Completion date for the Housing Estate    
The housing estate would be completed by November 2010.

Location of Housing Estate      
The estate would be located just after Chevron, opposite Eleganza estate on the right hand side, before VGC, Lekki.

 
Composition of the Houses

The prices paid covers the following:
completed housing units with short parameter fence
carpentry works (kitchen, wardrobes, doors)
fixtures & fittings (bathrooms, toilet, kitchen sinks)

 Facilities to be provided in the Estate Include:

3 club houses with swimming pools, tennis courts and gym facilities
3 children's park/playground (green area)
mini-mall with shops  
facilities office to manage water, electricity, garden and refuse
24 hour security at main gates
paying stone road network
street lights on every street

hw do we know hw serious you guys are? there is plenty of developers in that corridor who collected money from people and are yet to start construction for 2yrs, sure they will still deliver but only God know when

do you have any track record we can check?

Do you have an artist impression of the estate?

Do they have a website?
