Recently i became an avid reader of development books because i want to self-educate myself.
But i notice i yawn alot while reading, i lose concentration always no matter how i try to like the book.
The funny thing is when i switched from reading to movies, the yawning stops.

What can i do?

When you warn, it signifies dt u re tired.. my advise is if u want to read for long hour do it in 2hrs or 2hr 30min phases... then gt brk like 20mind brk in btw.... neva do a 3hrs or more.....also yawning also signifies dt u re bored Mk it lively in any way u cn or use headphone if it wouldn't distract u anyway
