• General Manager
A general manager is responsible for overseeing the entirety of an organisation’s operations. These individuals must ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources. The post requires its incumbent to have excellent multi-tasking, organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of the industry and related finances.

• Receptionist
Hotel receptionist main duties would include: dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face; completing procedures when guests arrive and leave; choosing rooms and handing out keys; answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area.

• Marketing Manager
The marketing manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organisation and long term marketing strategy for the company.

• House Keeping Manager
A hotel housekeeping manager not only supervises housekeepers in conducting their duties but also investigates any complaints guests make and takes corrective action.

• Accountant
Accountants provide trustworthy information about financial records. This might involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic, business recovery and insolvency or accounting systems and processes.
