An NGO is looking for a partner to manage its Charity Shop located in Surulere, Lagos.

The shop has been in existence for 14 months and requires an individual/company dedicated to business administration, sales and marketing to run it. The managing partner will be in charge of the organizational and logistical management of the charity shop.

With minimal supervision he/she will lead the day-to-day operation of the shop and will be in charge of all internal and public relations with respect to the shop.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for marketing of the Charity Shop items.

• Responsible for the quality Control and customer service issues.

• Responsible for generating Charity Shop Items as an well required

• Adhering to organization’s standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs.

• Ensuring compliance with operational standards, organization’s policies, federal/state/local laws, and regulations.

• Overseeing all administrative and financial requirements including cash handling, book-keeping and accounting”
