Some Reasons Why Fynestboi Should Be The Next Mr Nairaland.

As expected, Mr Nairaland is not a test of popularity but rather creativity, which is the use of imagination or original ideas to create something. Fynestboi, who was nominated by many, without his initiation obviously saw the capability in him, well, maybe based on the fact that he has a track record of innovative ideas which are better left uncounted. The last Nairaland Interschool Debate, which I'm a very big fan of, was coordinated majorly by him, which I doubt if he ever got paid for.

Fynestboi became a MOD in August 2013 and before then, he has been a very vibrant member of the forum, majorly education section. For the record, he initiated Nairaland Tutorials, even before he was made a Mod.

He is a nairalander which gives him equal opportunity to contest in any programme organised by nairaland provided he meets the requirements and goes against no rule whatsoever.
Mind you, this competition is meant to be among individuals with creative and innovative mindsets, not some troublesome Muchachos.

Also, Nairaland needs individuals who are selfless, trustworthy and capable of gaining public trust and confidence, which is the aim of a competition like this.

I must not forget to mention the fact that his look depicts is moniker

Reports reaching us now confirms that the VC elect, professor Elujoba has officially been confirmed by the Presidency. He immediately pronounced a resumption date which is 7th of August for Freshmen to start moving back into their halls of residence. Registration will continue on Monday 8th of August and will be on for a week, while stalites are to return to halls of residence on the 14th of August and full academic work will kick off on the Monday, the 15th of August. When asked why the resumption would take another two weeks, he said and I quote 'the dates I'm giving are not confirmed yet, I'm going to meet with the appropriate bodies tomorrow to get something solid, we will need some time to put some mechanisms in place to make sure the session will be hitch free hence the two weeks'

By 'appropriate bodies' here we believe he is referring to the Senate.
For those who didn't know, Prof Elujoba the new acting VC of OAU flew to Abuja this morning from the alakia Ibadan airport and as this is going out we believe he is on his way back to Ibadan.

Hopefully they will have a Senate meeting truly tomorrow morning and we will get an update concerning resumption.

NASU willing to resume back to work as soon as the new Acting Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife assumes office and also promise to continue safeguarding the Senate Building.

Another Good News that was brought forth says Students of Obafemi Awolowo University will be resuming very soon as another meeting has been held today at the Conference room of the faculty of Arts by committee of Deans and another academiic calendar has been drafted and will be ratified at the next Senate Meeting that will take place either tomorrow or next.

Discard any News that says resumption is August 7th,2016 as the likely resumption is July 31st,2016.
