Accounts Payable Officer at Xpertstroke Nigeria Limited

We are major players in the packaging sector with plants and offices located in Surulere, Lagos. We manufacture and supply packaging products to multinationals such Multinational FMCGs.

As a result of business growth, the need to attract talents to fill some critical roles in the Finance and Accounts Department has become inevitable.

Key Responsibilities
• Processing of Suppliers invoicing daily after matching with Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes
• Daily running of voucher journal reports to ensure completeness of processing
• Weekly running and review of creditors age analysis to identify problems and mistakes
• Perform weekly/monthly creditors reconciliations between JDE and suppliers statements
• Follow up outstanding invoices/statements with suppliers timely and regularly
• Prepare monthly remittance advices for all creditor payments
• Present reconciliations and remittance advices timely to the Accountant for review, approval and payment
• Filing and general office administration

Job Requirements
Specific Requirements
• HND/BSc in Accounting or relevant discipline.
• 1 – 3 years relevant experience
• Pleasant personality, excellent verbal skills and a team player
• Attention to detail
• Excellent MS Excel skills
