Arsenal FC’s well documented injury crisis just got a lot worse after it was revealed that Arsene Wenger would be sidelined from the touch line for a few weeks after injuring his knee while on a routine visit to his injured players. Arsenal who already have Mesut Özil, Mikel Arteta, Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey among others on the injury table, had announced Wenger would be paying visits to all injured players. However trouble struck when he was at About Diaby’ house. Reports reaching FNN say while he was knocking on the door a group of angry Arsenal fans flocked to chant anti-Wenger slogans including “Wenger Out”. In a bid to escape he tried to jumper a fence but fell down on his knee. Initial tests showed he could be out for 3 to 4 weeks, but Doctors say it could be more.
