I use windows 7 Starter. But recently my laptop no longer connect to my android Tecno P3 phone through the hotspot. My laptop now continually shows 'connections are available, not connected', even when the laptop's hotspot is on or not. I dont know how to fix the problem. when I did "troubleshoot" it said that there is no "adapter" in my system. But I wonder how it was connecting before. What will I do? |

Reconfigur ur hotspot, user name and password (the user name should be different from d old one) then restart ur system. |

JMAN05:I had this challenge then, but I discovered I was using a firewall on my phone which is preventing the computer to access Internet connection. Make sure your phone firewall is turn off. |
