We are using Abora wood here.

The wood is very expensive is a furniture wood is machine saw and not fadalla.

2x2 @ N450

2x3 @ N650

2x4 @ N900

2x6 @ N1, 300

3x4 @ N1, 300

1x12 @ N1, 900 plus smoothing.

we used

2x2 @ 440 pcs (for noggin)

2x3 @ 480 pcs (for purlins)

2x4 @ 350 pcs (for rafters, tie beam, strut othewise know as bracing)

2x6 @ 70 pcs (king posts)

3x4 @ 30 pcs (wall plate)

we are using stepped tiles aluminum roofing
sheet, our spacing is 2ft standard for stepped tiles corrugation.

The roof dimension is 112ft by 52ft king post is 18.5 ft

workmanship is N200, 000 plus noggin

i can deliver this roof project within one week if there is no any architectural roof error design, that we need to work around and natural delay like rain, if there is no any of this one week is ok for the delivery of this kind of roofing.

ok i send it, excluding the roofing tiles for now because we have not concluded of the brand whether tower, or first aluminum or Imported but definitely it going to be stepped tiles

apart from the 2 bedroom pent house will built at the top of the house before we started roofing this house, we are also to set blocks round the pillars, so my bricklayers that are to set the blocks arrive late to the site and they are ready to work, so i put the the generator for them to see, so they started setting the blocks round the front pillars of the house.

progress on the block setting continued the next day, so they are bringing sand and cement to start mixing, setting of the scalding fold and the blocking setting round the pillars continue
