Pls there something bugging my mind.... I want to know if the party a candidate won an election on can substitute the winner candidate,to replace him with another candidate which didn't stand the election? Pls I need cogent response with factual facts which can b accessible on print and online journals,also not minding case citation which it has happened. Pls help a confused nairalander out |
