Although racism has long ago be abolished. But it still manifests itself in so many forms, especially in the work place, where white and black are employees. Some can testify a high level of discrimination. Some white still thinks that they are far better than blacks, that they are more "human" than the blacks. But should this be?

In our workplaces the whites are treated "specially" as if they are from a different planet. The most annoying thing is that some blacks gives the whites the priviledge. For example, I know of a factory that is being owned by a Nigerian. Italians, Ghanians and Nigerians work there. But the Italians voice is louder than that of the others, whatever they say is taken. The Nigerians are made to work, work, work, like animals.

So this thread was created for us to share our experiences and we can help each other by developing means of survival in this situation.
