1billion is chickn change to properly equip a modern army,,,,the United stated spends $600billion dollars annually..........well the money would probaly be emezlled and the rest used to fund GEJ campain

Anyone who's not aware both the $1bill and the N1trillion budgeted for subsidy are Jonathan's campaign funds should have his head examined.

The money ($1 Billion) was spent in Saudi Arabia to secure the ceasefire!!!

Ceasefire does not equal end of insurgency. Get that into your skulls. Terrorism has never stopped through ceasefire..... Cease fire is not End Fire.

Govt refuses to negotiate with terrorists. .. they complain
Govt finally negotiates... they say its preplanned
Bokoharam attack. ... they say Govt is clueless
Army attacks back... they say NA is lying
Govt seeks funds for weapons. .. they say is too much
Govt utilizes fund to try purchase arms ... they say its money laundering
Boko haram attacks yet again.... they blame the govt
Govt negotiates ceasefire.... They ask where is the money?
