Mass Failure At Nigerian Law School As Over 3,000 Students Fail Bar Exam by vexy06(m): 6:23pm On Oct 18, 2014
The students who paid over N300, 000 for the one year programme lamented that over 70 per cent of them failed the examination, that is a prerequisite for them to be called to Bar.
The students blamed their failure on the Director General of Nigerian Law School, Olarenwaju Adesola Onadeko. They claimed that Onadeko wants to destroy their career by failing them. The students called for a review of the examination as well as their results.
Some of the students who sent text messages and email to PM News explained that some lecturers also want the results to be reviewed. “Save Law School Students: The DG Olarenwaju Onadeko has come to destroy the future of over 70 per cent of students who wrote exams in August and has run to the United Kingdom to seek solace,” a text message read.

Stop demonizing ICAN! There was never a time failure rate was 95%.

Stop peddling falsehood. angry

ICAN doesn't have a fixed pass/failure rate! It's performance based, with 50% set as pass mark for each paper.

That is true but maybe the difficulty level of ICAN makes failure common.
