Please help! I just got this power bank and have been using it for about a 2weeks on medium charges (the power bank has never gone less than 2 bars cos I don't use it much before charging it.) but today the power bank suddenly stopped working. it wouldn't power on neither would it charge my phone or be charged. The led light suddenly went off while I was charging my phone and has refused to come on ever since.

I've tried charging the power bank but it won't even power on. This power bank is less than two weeks old and hasn't been mishandled before this incident.

DnDroid please help.

is normal Xxpress. When is charging the charger usually gets hot and when is fully charged the last led continues blinking but the charger becomes cool.

Am sure I didn't. the stuff is always on the floor together with my chargers. I was using it when it suddenly went off and has refuse to power on.

Bro it also happened to my own..what I did was I leave it for like 2 to 3 weeks and it started working again....calling customer care na wash...you go just waste your credit ni bcuz I also called them. ..but you can try to call them thou. ...

I've heard some not too sweet tales about jumia's customer service, about how they keep your waiting for minutes wasting your credit and so on. Am even afraid that the cost of getting them to change the power bank might even be more than the cost of getting another one.

Can you please explain more on what happened to yours and how it got fixed?

it just stopped working too....so I called their customer service and they said they'll get back to me..But since then I didn't hear anything from them...so I just leave it for like 3wks and it started charging again....btw which charger are you using to charge it?

I use tecno charger to charge it but I used a bb charger to charge it with a generator before the incident.

hmm....maybe that's what cause it...Bcuz I later discover that It was the charger I used that caused it not to work. ..so I open d PB and I discover that it panel was very hot...so I leave it open for like 2wks and it started working again. ...you can also try your luck. .I pray it also work for you...

it come with a small cable..but you'd need to buy original adaptor or original charger to charge it...

my former charger was the charger that came with Nokia android phone and it's 750mah. ........the new one I'm using now is called NEW AGE they didn't write any MAH on it but it's 240V. ..it's in white colour and have black cable. ..it's indeed a good charger Bcuz I'm enjoying it..it take 3hrs to charge my s3 full..
