dragged the management of Obafemi
Awolowo University to the Law Court over
what he felt as unjustifiable and illegal
indefinite suspension of his studentship.
Comrade Juwon had earlier on the 16th
September, 2014 filed a suit at the Federal
High Court sitting in Osogbo, the capital of
