Bandwidth limit usually gets exhausted when your website's current traffic uses more bandwidth than what is offered in the current plan.

You are always recommended to upgrade to higher plan that is according to your website's current bandwidth and space requirements. You must scale up your web hosting plan according to your current requirements.

Sorry but it is not possible to pay on monthly basis or as you said for 5 months. The minimum term for the Civilian Hosting plan is 1 Year. So it is not possible to pay for less months.

Regarding your second query, page views are related to bandwidth not with disk space. Disk Space is the space that you can use on the server. Higher page size and more views leads to high consumption of your bandwidth. Bandwidth is refreshed monthly but the disk space is permanent.

So it depends on your blog if the bandwidth will be enough for you. But I would advice you to start with the smallest plan and upgrade in the future if there is need. You can check all our hosting plans from here: http://www.domainking.ng/web-hosting/

the problem is that my domain address is always offline most times. You can see the screenshot below and I have delete nameservers and replaced them with d provided ones u gave me in my mail.

I have already clarified to you before that your issue is totally related to DNS propagation at your ISP. This is something that is totally dependent on your ISP and your local DNS cache. So this is something we don't control.
