It's been 3 weeks, 3 weeks, DomainKing since I made an order for domain transfer, and I did this because I wanted to transfer successfully before the deadline, and now, my account has been put in suspension with my other host because of your attitude to this simple task. You keep telling me it would take 5-7 days, but I am really tired, tired of waiting for you.

Check Ticket no. #481049. The least I expected from you is to give me reports on the progress of the task.

If you cannot handle this anymore, please refund my money and I would go look elsewhere. I wanted to change domain registrar due to money issues, but I am already regretting that. If you don't have enough staff, then find them. To carve out a name for yourself, you need to impress.

I have checked your issue in detail & I can see that our support team has replied to you multiple times regarding your issue in ticket #770047.

It seems that you have not read any of our replies carefully. Please understand that you need to read our reply so that you can understand what we have explained regarding your issue. Please check your email and read our reply for clarity on your issue.

Please note that the .NG domains are registered with NiRA Registry. You had changed your nameservers on 1st October, 2016 and your nameservers have been updated with the .NG Registry since that date.

You can also verify it yourself from the NiRA (.NG domain Registry) whois that your nameservers have been updated since 1st October, 2016.

Kindly note that DNS propagation of a nameservers are totally dependent on your Hosting provider & I have checked that you are using free hosting by W apka in your case. We don't have any control over the DNS propagation of 3rd party nameservers. DNS propagation of any nameservers are totally dependent on your hosting provider that you are using. I hope you understand this.

In our experience we have seen that W apka don't seem to provide DNS support for .com.ng extension as already explained to you in our support ticket reply. Please read our reply in ticket #770047 for more clarity.

I have checked the issue that you have reported and I can see that our support team had updated you on the complete progress of your domain transfer in tickets #267440 & #481049.

I can see that you had placed the domain transfer order with us on 14/09/2016. Your order was completed on 16/09/2016 & we had informed you to initiate the domain transfer 16th September by approving the email sent to you. Please refer to our reply in ticket #267440.

But the domain transfer was not initiated from your end as the email sent to you was not approved by you within 5 days so the domain transfer was stalled as per ICANN rules.

Also, we did not receive an update from your end regarding this till 30th September, 2016 on this issue. When you had contacted us we had asked you to please approve the transfer again by approving the domain transfer initiation email sent to you once again.

We have also resent you the email again and have replied to you again in ticked ID: #481049. Please check your email again and click the link in the email so that the domain transfer can be initiated asap.

After you have approved the domain transfer the domain will be transferred to us within 24 hours.

Please domainking, someone registered this domain name www.zpykios.com for me last year which expires on 9th October. logged into my account to renew it by clicking on My Domain but it shows no domain found while the person told me last year that he has already moved the domain name to my domainking account. Please note that we totally understand your inconvenience but we cannot transfer your domain to your account till we receive a request from Mr. Jide for transferring your domain zpykios[dot]com to your account.

Also note that according to ICANN rules, a registrar cannot move a domain to other account unless the registrant requests to move the domain to the desired account.
