nigerianvenom: Oga Park well jare!!. I just wonder why you guys have to "borrow" achievement for this man GEJ. A man is judged by his content !! Sule Lamido has shown some examples here for Mr. president; had JIGAWA state not built this edifice what will GEJ be commissioning ?? GEJ should stand on his Merit!! How has Nigeria developed over the years? We don't need statistics that is at variance with reality on ground. >Akpabio, Sule Lamido, Fashola, Amosun and co. need not show statistics before the state residents acknowledged their performance. What is the condition of FG's unity-school?? Is it Improving or Worsening? Not to talk of a hurriedly put-together school for the nomads. Almajiri school it is called, in which no single Nigerian (high or low-class) is willing to seek admission for his/her ward. Is such a school? So GEJ advised Akpabio and even Sule Lamido on the infrastructures in their states abi? We know whose credit it is. So GEJ has BUILT 9 Federal Universities huh?? Let us have the pix !! Universities that will NOT begin admission in the next 4 years. I won't even talk abt the existing ones. Show us the pictures of the 8 completed hospitals if it's true. Hospitals that will not be completed in another 4 years!! The existing ones are groaning in need of more Funds. Imagine a LASUTH taking the shine off LUTH... It is that bad!! Agriculture?? How many agric companies have sprung up ? What volume of investment has it drawn?? Is Agric revolution all about Fertilizer distribution? UNTIL NIGERIANS BEGINS TO HOLD LEADERS RESPONSIBLE BASED ON TANGIBLE DELIVERABLES, THEY WILL SEEK TO FOOL US WITH FICTION. We should ask them, your Excellencies, You may present your COMPLETED projects.... 4 years is enough to have COMPLETED projects in your name, no matter how small!! We shouldn't condone mediocrity! 5 Likes |

galadima77: talba has tried in niger state,i did my studies there and i remember how useless the former governor was. He wanted turning niger state into his empire as a replica of tinubu's deed in lagos, but God never agreed. Yes,minna, bida, suleja and co havent developed at d speed we wished, but dont forget that niger state' allocation is so small and the IGR is next to nothing. Niger state is just too big interms of land mass,u dont expect development to be evenly spread. Peace out |

White elephant shît. Who d hell goes to Jigawa in the first place, except corpers? When maternal mortality is high, child and adult illiteracy high water is scarce and polio is ravaging, the governors response is to build a multi billion naira airport for corpers and his friends with private jets. And people are hailing him? Nonsense! 3 Likes |

Igholize:Mr Man, the discussion at hand is not for everybody, especially NURTW operative like you. If you are limited in comprehending English-as evident in your pidgin harangue-how can you ever understand my point? Why are there no pics of the interior and facilities? While it is pretty on the outside, It looks tiny for an international airport. It looks more like a bank headquarters. It is much better than nothing though I just checked the budget for it, and the sources say around 15 billion naira. Now, my question is: If it costs 15 billion naira to build something as useful as an international airport, WHY DA EFF does a state like Bayelsa budget 33.8 billion naira to build a worthless edifice such as a governor's house or state house.. or whatever? and the state has nothing to show for itself? How does a "world class" state house benefit anyone other than the Bayelsa governor? 1 Like |

How on earth do these people sleep at night? What is international about this airport? in sanner climes we would hear what facilities are therin, the number of passengers it can handle, the length of the runway etc, look at the building, it looks like a shopping mall, why are these guys doing this to us, lies , deceit and the blind and unexposed Nigerians who have not left the shores of Naija for a solid comparism with others would call this shamble of a work good. One day a visionary will rule Nigeria and turn her fortunes for good. PDP HAS NOTHING POSITIVE TO OFFER NIGERIA !!! 2 Likes |

Uteghe: nigga...things are remotely controlled these days...you don't have to erect a control tower to control airspace these days...most airports with control towers need it cos of how large they are and the amount of inbound and outbound flights...this airport is a supplement to the Abuja and Kano airport and as well is the most technologically advanced prototype... it has a control tower but not necessarily they have to make that long ass shit before airspace is controlled...stop living in the wood age tho |

Uteghe:........ Amazing/ amusing reaction 4rm u, let's b realistic in here' you shouldn't b askin such a question, demandin 2 see a newly built international air-port control towel b4 u bliv dat, dere's 1 wen ancient ones built in d 80th has.... Dats strictly an irrelevant quest oga ova know know. An airport control tower Canot b seen 4rm all angles/ perspectives because, it is constructed in d air-side of an air-port which is highly restricted areas nd wat was shown 2 u on dose pix were land-side areas nd dats y d control tower didn't appear... So, instead of u commendin d excellent effort of GEJ our active presido, u d rather critisizin nd makin mockery by lafin of his fabulous effort. U see, if na grama we go speak nd write am wella but I decided usin pidgin bcox, I ve a freedom of speech right 2 use any language 2 communicate.... So if e pain u welwel say, I used pidgin , dat na ur own cup of salty tea ooo. |

nigerianvenom:Your narrow minded views on the development of Nigeria is not your fault but i feel its based on your lack of exposure to the outside world but let me come down to your level of understanding on Nigerias Development ....First of all if you have a plot of land and decide to spend i billion naira in diging ordinary foundation,,,,ofcourse the foundation would be dug but you would have wasted money on that digging that ought not to cost more than 100,000 naira maximum.. The level of corruption in this country is appaling,,,,wether we develope or not we would have be in debt by the time GEJ leaves office,,,,there is too much currption and the GEJ who appointed the ministers and commissioner is doing nothing about it or mayb he has a cut your narrow minded views of GEJ is has a result of the successive idiots who have been rulling us since 1960,,thats why it can seem like GEJ is working Nigerians and Nigeria deserv better.....weither u are supporting GEJ because of religion or ethnicity i dont realy care but Presidents in other countries have resigned far less than missing $20bn from the countries major source of revenue |
