According to the Incident that occurred earlier this month,where two dogs were said to have bitten a 4-year-old boy (Omonigho Abraham) on his head in Akesan Estate, Igando area of Lagos State The Lagos state police command has clearly stated that only the court could decide the fate of these dogs,if they are to be killed as the masses insists or not.
