A bill seeking to look into much worried dichotomy between Degree and Hnd holders moved an apc senators was not allowed to move a second stage by the senate president,david mark and pdp sentors. Apc senators believed its high the issue is reviewed and give Hnd a more efficacy like that of Bsc holders but was immediately opposed by pdp senators. The bill couldnt scale through second reading.

In any case, I am not one of the people affected by this brouhaha but I am sure millions of Nigerians are, especially the youths who have all been converted to TANoids seeking N1,000 to eat their next plate of food. APC wants to give youths an opportunity or at least a chance at having an opportunity but they have been cursed to destroy their own destiny by PDP!
