The brief was for them to design hairstyles, work on make up and then create clothes around this. Experts were sent to the house for hair and make up. At the end of the day, the housemates were obviously bored by the hair and make up experts and instead focused their attention on the clothes. Lets even forget the various shenanigans that went on when these experts were there.
